If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to initiate a return or exchange. We'll do everything we can to make it right. Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the items received were damaged or defective.
